1. Eligibility
1.1. Entry is open to all customers aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of Gloss Car Spa, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
1.3. This promotion is valid exclusively at Gloss Car Spa Mt Gravatt. Purchases and services completed at any other Gloss Car Spa location are not eligible for entry.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, participants must purchase, complete, and pay for the Father’s Day Package at Gloss Car Spa Mt Gravatt during the campaign period.
2.2. Each completed Father’s Day Package purchase equals one (1) entry into the draw. You can enter by purchasing and complete a service as many times as you like.
2.3. The Father’s Day Package must be purchased and completed between Wednesday 5 August 2026 and Wednesday 2 September 2026 to qualify.
2.4. Entries are only valid when the full package has been completed and payment has been received during the Promotion Period.
2.5. The Father’s Day Package is valued at $200 and includes:
- Full exterior wash
- Detailed interior clean
- Comprehensive vacuum
- Console and door jam detail
- Interior and exterior window clean
- Tyre shine finish
- Hand wax and polish for an enhanced gloss and protective finish
- Cut & Polish
- Automatic entry into the draw to win a $400 Fatcow Voucher
3. Prize
3.1. The prize consists of one (1) $400 Fatcow Voucher.
3.2. The prize is valued at $400 AUD.
3.3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3.4. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted for another product, service, or monetary value.
4. Draw & Winner Notification
4.1. The winner will be drawn on Thursday 3 September 2026 at Gloss Car Spa Mt Gravatt.
4.2. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
4.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Gloss Car Spa reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
5. Prize Redemption
5.1. The Fatcow Voucher will be provided directly to the confirmed winner.
5.2. Any terms, conditions, or expiry dates associated with the Fatcow Voucher are determined by the voucher provider.
5.3. Gloss Car Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, expired, or unused vouchers once the prize has been provided to the winner and will not offer a replacement.
6. General Conditions
6.1. No cash alternatives or substitutions are available.
6.2. Gloss Car Spa reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6.3. Gloss Car Spa accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
6.4. By entering the promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Gloss Car Spa using their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, should they be selected as the winner.

7.1. Gloss Car Spa and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
7.2. Any personal costs associated with redeeming or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
