1.1. By using the services of Gloss Car Wash & Detailing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. "Gloss Car Wash & Detailing", "Gloss", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the business and its employees, contractors and representatives. "You", "your", and "the customer" refer to the individual or entity receiving services.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available upon request or via our website.
2.1. Gloss provides hand car washing, detailing, paint protection, ceramic coating, and related vehicle care services as selected by the customer.
2.2. All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
2.3. Additional charges may apply where a vehicle requires excessive cleaning or remediation, including but not limited to pet hair removal, sand removal, excessive mud, bodily fluids, mould, or heavy soiling.
2.4. Any additional work required outside the booked service will be discussed with and approved by the customer before proceeding.
3.1. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify Gloss within 24 hours of service completion.
3.2. Feedback, concerns or claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a rewash, credit, or other remedy.
3.3. To lodge feedback or raise a concern, customers should contact our team via email, phone, social media, or speak directly with the site manager.
3.4. Where a genuine service issue is identified, Gloss may offer a complimentary rewash or reasonable remedy at its discretion.
3.5. Refund requests will be assessed individually and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law obligations.
4.1. Customers are responsible for advising our team of any pre-existing damage, concerns, or vehicle defects prior to the commencement of services.

5.1. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service.
5.2. Gloss accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal items left within the vehicle.
5.3. For health and safety reasons, staff may not clean certain areas if personal belongings significantly obstruct access.
6.1. While all reasonable care is taken when providing services, Gloss is not liable for:

6.3. Where liability is established, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability will be limited to re-performing the service or the value of the original service supplied.
7.1. Customers who are unable to attend a booking should provide at least two (2) hours' notice where possible.
7.2. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges, forfeiture of deposits, or prepaid services where applicable.
7.3. Gloss reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, staffing requirements, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8.1. Detailing services are performed to a professional standard; however, permanent stains, deep scratches, paint defects, oxidation, etching, or other damage may not be completely removable.
8.2. Timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on the vehicle's condition.
8.3. Results from paint correction, polishing, ceramic coatings, fabric protection, leather protection, and interior treatments may vary based on the age, condition, and maintenance history of the vehicle.
8.4. Gloss is not responsible for issues arising from rust, compromised paint systems, failing clear coats, previous repairs, aftermarket paintwork, or existing contamination.
9.1. Memberships, gift cards, promotional vouchers, and credits are subject to their individual terms and conditions.
9.2. Gift cards and vouchers are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
9.3. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced unless proof of purchase can be provided.
9.4. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
9.5. Gloss reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue promotions and membership programs at any time, subject to applicable consumer laws.
