The Gloss Elite Club is Gloss' premium membership program designed to keep your vehicle looking its best all year round. Members enjoy regular washes, exclusive perks, priority offers, and great value compared to paying for individual services.
Simply choose your membership plan and enjoy ongoing access to your included washes and member benefits. Your membership renews automatically each month, making it easy to keep your car clean without having to book and pay each time.
No. There are no lock-in contracts with the Gloss Elite Club membership payments. You can cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our membership terms and conditions.
Membership fees are automatically charged to your nominated payment method each month on your billing date. This allows your membership to remain active and your benefits to continue uninterrupted.
Absolutely. As an Elite Gloss Club member, you can enjoy UNLIMITED Basic Washes throughout your membership, so you can keep your vehicle looking its best whenever you need.
In addition, your membership also includes one complimentary On Point Detail each month. Simply visit us whenever your car needs a refresh and we'll take care of the rest.
Memberships are linked to one nominated vehicle registration and cannot be shared across multiple vehicles. This helps ensure fair use for all members. If you are to get a new car during your membership period, please contact our team and we can transfer your membership to your new car. Proof of ownership may be required.
You can cancel your membership by contacting our team via email, phone, or in person. We just require 2 weeks notice to process We require 14 days' notice for all cancellation requests. Your membership and benefits will remain active during the notice period, and any scheduled payments within that period will still be processed.
Elite Gloss Club Additional Information
$100/month (direct debit) or annual payment available.
- 1× On Point Wash per month (unused washes do not roll over and reset on the 1st of each month)
- Unlimited Basic Washes
- 1× Valid Registration Only
- Membership commences on the date of first payment
- Available for 12 months from time of purchase; offer can be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks’ prior written notice
- Monthly option available; payment via monthly direct debit
- All washes are fully upgradeable
- Offer not available for commercial passenger vehicles (including taxis, limousines, Ubers, etc.)
- Membership suspensions must be submitted in writing with 2 weeks’ notice
- Upfront membership payments begin at time of purchase for 12 months
- Direct debit payments can continue for any desired length of time
- If annual membership is paid upfront, 1× Luxe Service included
- Gloss reserves the right to close sites due to inclement weather or equipment issues
- All Gloss sites close on public holidays; no membership credit will be issued for these days
- Gloss reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason
- Temporary transfers are not permitted for periods less than one month
- No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods
